I was trying to think of a nice way to display some halloween candy and not have the kids stare at it all day. I came across these glass vases at walmart (inexpensive) and thought they were perfect. I took some acrylic paint and lightly painted it black and silver so they weren't completely see through, and then used some left over ribbon. Now i've just got to find somewhere to put them that the kids can't get into them! (the acrylic paint can come off with water or rubbing it off so if i want to change the color i can)
